a little about me....
Who am I? I'm a self taught photographer that loves what I do and loves creating beautiful images.
More? I received my first camera as a gift in 2000, from that point, I thought that photography would be something that I'd eventually get into. Moving quicker than I had expected, I started getting clients in the New England area starting in 2002. I opened my first studio 5 years ago and have since upgraded my location three times. Currently, I have a gorgeous 2,000 square foot, second floor studio with three natural light shooting areas, a 700 sq. ft studio light area, bathrooms, changing and makeup areas and a kitchen! (not to mention very cool urban areas for outside shoots). My clients are from the local area as well as the eastern coast.
I joined the PPA and the CT PPA in 2005. By entering print competitions, I was named Portrait Photographer of the Year from 2006 to 2009, and the Art Electronic Imaging Photographer of the Year in 2009. I have won 18 Best in Show awards at the quarterly print competitions, 2 Hallmark awards, 2 Kodak Gallery Awards and 8 Fuji Masterpiece awards - these last ones are awarded at the State annual print competition by a panel of 7 nationally known judges!
This year, I've decided to focus on growing my business and hope you will be a part of it!
